  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including CRM updates, reporting, and marketing collateral.
  • Learn and assist with social media and digital promotion of the Maronda Homes Orlando Division.
  • Report on designated days to the Maronda Homes corporate office, supporting internal initiatives and gaining exposure to departments such as construction, operations, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy, sales goals, and cross-functional tasks.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate (business, communications, or real estate preferred).
  • Must have availability Monday–Friday and some weekends.
  • Must be able to commute to Sanford, Orlando, and surrounding areas. Having reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance is required.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; social media experience is a plus.
