o Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of project management tools and systems.

o Develop scalable processes and templates to improve project tracking, reporting, and decision-making.

o Create and maintain meaningful dashboards and metrics to drive transparency and performance.

· Staff Leadership and Development

o Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and coordinators.

o Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations, set development plans, and support career growth within the team.

· Portfolio and Resource Management

o Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring proper prioritization and alignment with business strategy.

o Manage resource allocation across initiatives to optimize capacity and skill alignment.

o Monitor budgetary requirements and support financial planning across the project portfolio.

· Stakeholder Communication and Alignment

o Serve as a key liaison between project teams and senior leadership, facilitating alignment and buy-in.

o Ensure proactive communication of project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

o Lead steering committees and executive updates for key initiatives.

· Risk and Issue Management

o Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.

o Establish and enforce escalation protocols to minimize project disruptions.

o Provide guidance and problem-solving support to project teams facing complex challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, or related project management certification required.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex portfolios.
