Aegis is partnered with a manufacturer in the Smyrna, TN area. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the production equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and servicing electrical systems (3-phase motors and wiring), hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes, welding, and performing preventative maintenance. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus. The ideal candidate will ensure minimal downtime and maximize equipment efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
