Who You Are & What You’ll Do As the Maintenance - Team Lead Line Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Repair and maintain machinery such as packaging equipment, conveyor systems, and processing equipment. Work independently or as a team to perform Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Work Orders to reduce downtime. Provide a high level of troubleshooting ability to repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyance systems. Operate equipment and perform routine tasks to identify issues before they affect production. Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines while performing all job functions and duties. Guide and lead a team of technical operators. What You’ll Need To Succeed High school education or GED equivalent and prior experience in related area.
