Maintenance Mechanic

Pay Range: $29 – $38/hr (Advancement Opportunities Available)

Shift:

Week 1: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (48 hours)

Week 2: Thursday–Saturday, 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (36 hours; Wednesday optional)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll handle mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting, support preventive maintenance efforts, and work closely with a small facilities team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid maintenance experience who’s looking for stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
• Follow and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.
• Assist maintenance planner with PM optimization.
• Build strong working relationships across departments.
• Complete assigned safety training and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Support CNC machine maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical & electrical).
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally eMaint.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
