Job Description

The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all facility and processing equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to support maximum productivity and food safety standards. This role involves performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, assisting with equipment rebuilds and modifications, and supporting continuous improvement in a highly automated egg processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, and all production line equipment.
• Utilize blueprints/schematics, hand tools, and power tools daily.
• Test and troubleshoot products as needed.
• Fill out and submit handwritten forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
