TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Loan Officer Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

Position: Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)

Job Description:

• To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications.
• Assist Secondary Marketing with retrieving outstanding Notes and preparing files for delivery, after closing has occurred
• Initiate setup of mortgage applications by printing application and credit report
• Monitor incoming loan volume; assigning and tracking each loan prior to forwarding
• Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution is Highly Preferred
• 1-3 years of office/administrative experience
• Leadership experience within a retail or restaurant setting
• Strong multitasking skills
• Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus

Work Environment:

• Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
• FULLY ONSITE FOR FIRST 6 MONTHS . Ability to go Hybrid following.
• Hands-on training and development provided
• Room for long-term advancement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
