Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team. • Has technical knowledge of audio sound systems

Performance Expectations:

• Keeps the tech room clean
• Able to lift 30 lbs
• Sets up equipment according to guidelines from Entertainment manager and is ready and waiting before the doors open
• Must be able to assist with tech maintenance
• Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
• Completes job duties as assigned by line captains & managers
• Able to accept constructive criticism
• Strives to maintain excellence in the light and sound standards of the show
• Attends all rehearsals &,meetings called by Entertainment manager
• Respects and cares for the company's equipment
• Reports any broken or damaged equipment manager
