Role Overview

As the Lead Visual Designer - Consumer Web, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft stunning interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design strategy for our consumer web platform.
• Create engaging, user-friendly, and brand-aligned UI/UX designs.
• Develop design systems, style guides, and prototypes for seamless implementation.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life.
• Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform innovative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual design for consumer-facing web products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, typography, color theory, and branding expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
