Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and perennials as per landscape designs

• Mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance

• Install and maintain hardscape features such as edging and small pathways

• Operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Knowledge of Snow Plowing

• Assist with seasonal tasks, including spring/fall cleanups, snow removal (if applicable), and leaf cleanup

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license preferred (required for driver positions)

• Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
• Must live within 12 miles of West Chester
