What You’ll Do
Meet clients, understand their vision, and create stunning design proposals
Present “good, better, best” options to fit their budget and goals
Guide clients from consultation to project completion
Collaborate with our production team for flawless builds
Keep accurate records in our CRM and follow up with clients
Develop your own lead sources while working company-provided opportunities
What You Bring
A driven mindset with a great attitude
Openness to learning and coaching
Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
Experience in landscape design, sales, or related fields preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain CRM accuracy

St. Louis Metro Area
Compensation: $36,000 base + commission (realistic $100K–$175K annual potential)
