We are looking for great technicians to join our team!QualificationsMust have prior general work experienceEx-Military or Retired returning to work are encouraged to applyBilingual speakers are encouraged to applyLeadership skills are valued for those interested in advancing within the company.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.Mechanical skills and power washer experience is plusBasic knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance is beneficial.Detail focused with ability to play close attention to instructions Must want and be able to work 3rd shift (approx. 6pm 6am) Sunday through ThursdayComfortable with wet and dirty conditions and working safely while removing grease and waterComfortable with heights and climbing ladders and working on roofsMust be able to lift 75 lbsComfortable with a High Level of Communication with office and other team membersValid Drivers LicenseReliable Transportation to and from the officeMust value teamworkAbility to work at heightsWillingness to travel as neededFlexible schedule for occasional day shiftMust pass background and reference checksResponsibilitiesShowing up to work prepared and on time at minimum of 5 days a weekMaintaining a professional behavior on your entire shiftReviewing job notes at the beginning of your night to prepare for your shiftProtecting all customers equipment and roof top to prevent any damageRemoving all grease buildup from all parts of the kitchen exhaust systemTaking all required before and after pictures of each jobCleaning up customers facility to the condition we found it once the job is completeAssuring customers kitchen exhaust system is working properly before departing the locationClean kitchen exhaust systems and surfaces.Operate pressure washing and other cleaning equipment.Remove grease buildup manually when requiredDrive company vehiclesPerform additional tasks as assignedDocumenting any valuable feedback from the service in the work order notes / reports / supervisors on a nightly basisAttend Tech meeting one-on-one with ManagementAttend Shop meetings as requiredCleaning inside/outside of your crew vehicle each weekContribute to maintaining a clean shopCompensationCompensation is a percentage of eligible revenue of the jobs you complete successfullyPaid weeklyMinimum guaranteed if you work a full work week with full revenue completedAll techs start as helper/trainees and are on a path to become lead techniciansSupplemental pay for: Customer praise, working a 6th day, travel and performance bonuses
