Hello. My name is Michael Buchanan. I own Steadfast Commercial Cleaning Services LLC, a commercial cleaning company specializing in Hood Vent Exhaust Cleaning, Power Washing, and Kitchen Deep Cleaning.

Job Description: I am seeking a part-time to full-time team member who can work locally and travel throughout NM. This person must be professional, responsible, trustworthy, and detail oriented. I'm looking for someone I can trust who takes pride in our work. We currently have the best reviews in our state for our industry and plan to build our reputation even further. I take quality very seriously and will not accept anything less than our best on each project we take on.
I post schedules one to two weeks at a time, but our schedule changes often as the calls come in. You have to be very flexible. Because of the nature of the business, I'm always flexible with our team members when it comes to needing time off, etc. You must be available to travel within New Mexico as needed. We work in several small cities and towns around the state and surrounding areas. Our client base is about 50 percent local (Albuquerque) and 50 percent out of town. We travel at least one week to two weeks out of the month. When traveling out of town, we use our company vehicles.
You must be coachable and eager to learn. Respect, punctuality, and hard work also go without saying. Communication is crucial to me, and I cannot emphasize that enough.
I absolutely will not tolerate HARD substance abuse. If you have a problem with HARD DRUGS or ALCOHOL, do not, I repeat, DO NOT contact us for employment. You will be wasting my time and your own.
Must have:
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Flexible schedule / Day and Night Shifts
- Work boots or restaurant shoes / Non-slip
Compensation: (Paid weekly and direct deposit is available)
The Level One Cleaning Technician starts at $18.00 per hour and moves to $20.00 per hour after a 90-day probationary period.
Raise evaluations will be considered every six months after that. Overtime is also regularly available; I limit it to what the state allows.
I currently do not offer health benefits. I provide Per Diem while traveling, and PTO starts immediately and is available after a 90-day probation period.
Experience in Hood Vent Cleaning or Janitorial is a huge plus but not required.
I will provide on-the-job training.
You'll work with my General Manager Edgar or myself , over 90 days as we train you into the team member we are seeking.
