This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or student pursing their degree in marketing! We can be flexible with scheduling to accommodate needs. This will be a part-time, on-site position at our headquarters in Oakdale. Pay from $26-28 per hour. Primary Objective & Scope of Position: The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support our marketing team across a wide range of operational, creative, and logistical tasks. This position will play a vital role in coordinating print and digital marketing efforts, supporting franchisee marketing activities, maintaining marketing tools and systems, and assisting in the execution of marketing events.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities: Print and Material Coordination - Manage the ordering process for printed marketing materials, including placing orders, updating order forms, and answering store-related questions.
- Organize and track order requests, proof materials for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide support for print proofing, including in-store test fitting, display building, and display measurement verification.
- Ensure all printed materials meet brand standards and fit the intended in-store formats.
Franchise Communication Support - Develop and recommend timing for franchise email communications and templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content and scheduling of franchisee outreach.
Marketing Portal & Digital Asset Management - Update marketing portal content, including item information, image uploads (Canva builds), and product availability.
- Coordinate and execute reorders for marketing store fulfillment and internal company store items.
List & Data Management - Maintain and update marketing-related order forms and Excel tracking tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and version control across forms and documents used for franchise or store orders.
Invoicing and Administrative Support - Process and track invoices related to marketing materials, events, and vendor partnerships.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense documentation related to marketing initiatives.
Event and Promotional Support - Provide on-the-ground and planning support for store-specific and sponsored events.
- Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, and signage for events.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure successful event execution.
Non-Essential Functions: - Maintain a safe and insurable driving record that will allow for driving on company business.
Knowledge and Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or administrative role. (We can be flexible with someone still pursuing education).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with print vendors, marketing asset management systems, or franchise-based models is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally travel or work on-site at events or store locations as needed.
