Position Overview We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, highly organized, and has a strong eye for detail and design. You’ll support the creative team in developing visual assets across campaigns—ranging from social media graphics and email templates to direct mail and digital ads. Responsibilities Design and produce visual materials for print and digital marketing campaigns (social, email, direct mail, web, etc.) Support senior designers and art directors in concept development and execution Prepare final production files for print and digital delivery Maintain brand consistency across all materials and clients Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and developers to ensure creative alignment Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices Assist with layout updates, photo editing, and versioning of creative assets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Basic knowledge of web and digital design best practices.
