Job Title: Junior Email Marketing Developer

Summary:
Milestone Marketing Solutions is looking for a marketing professional looking to specialize in data-driven email deployment and analytics. From experience or education, an ideal candidate will have technical competency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, and experience or familiarity with Email Deployment Tools. The Email Marketing Specialist will contribute to planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the overall company's email marketing strategy.
Essential Job Duties:
Common Responsibilities: (ALL Levels)
* Collaborate with marketing and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, plan workflows, and execute campaigns
* Develop responsive HTML email templates and dynamic content using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
* Manage A/B testing and campaign performance tracking
* Operate in a agile development environment utilizing Jira and other Atlassian tools.
* Support continuous improvement through innovation in tools, processes, and execution
Common Responsibilities: (Junior Level)
* Build and test email templates under guidance from senior team members
* Assist with campaign setup, QA, and deployment.
* Learn and apply personalization techniques (Handlebars, AMPscript, etc.)
* Support data segmentation and reporting with provided queries or tools
* Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS and willingness to learn email development
* Exposure to email marketing tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement)
* Understanding of relational data and willingness to learn SQL
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) a plus
Work Environment:
* The work environment consists of exposure to physical conditions typical of a normal office environment.
