Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design integration across all product categories. Execute detailed design specifications and prepare design presentations. Proficiently use Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design development. Work closely with the Product Development team to bring designs from concept to production. Communicate effectively with factories to ensure smooth sampling processes. Participate in product meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Costume Jewelry and/or Hair Accessories Designer. Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong creative and conceptual skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines. Passion for fashion and jewelry design. Note: This position is located in Midtown Manhattan, and remote work is not an option.
