With bold original artwork and a passion for quality, we proudly serve over 4,000 boutiques across the U.S. Position Overview The Jewelry Designer will be responsible for concepting, designing, and executing innovative and trend-forward products each season. This individual will work closely with the Product Manager and VP of Sales and Design to develop cohesive collections that align with our brand vision and are relevant with current market trends. From initial concept through production-ready artwork, the Jewelry Designer plays a key role in bringing our ideas to reality. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize original product ideas and seasonal collections, creating trend and mood boards to serve as a visual reference throughout the design process. Build and revise product presentations based on internal feedback. Reinvent and evolve existing products into refreshed seasonal versions and account for 20% extra development to allow for edits and cuts. Design cohesive programs and product families that are aesthetically on brand as well as functional, lightweight and comfortable. Create detailed sample specs for factory development that incorporate design files, digital renderings and clear instructions including materials, finishes, dimensions, and packaging details. Collaborate with the team to refine designs based on factory input. Revise sample designs for accuracy against the specs and review for adjustments needs based on internal and external feedback. Prepare and deliver final production files for approved products. Assist in designing seasonal catalogs and supporting materials. Ensure product imagery and layouts reflect brand standards and seasonal direction. Work with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional materials as needed. Maintain expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Stay current on design trends, industry innovation, and competitive brands. Explore and apply new techniques and technologies to enhance product design. Present design updates and concepts in weekly check in meetings. Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product or graphic design (consumer goods, gift, or fashion preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and technical skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
