We are looking for talents with great Italian & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens. Our teams are based in our state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus). What you will do: Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines. Ensure that all information uploaded by users follow the guidelines based on client's policies. Make well balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for the online community. Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses. Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency. Assist customers via chat, email or phone (depending on the project). Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions. Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
