The Analyst, Performance & Planning will be responsible for the functional and technical ownership on an internal resource planning system that focuses on prioritization, project/labor tracking, and resource alignment across E-Commerce initiatives. The Analyst, Performance & Planning will support the implementation and administration of the resource management solution across the organization with the goal of ensuring alignment across our corporation, and its business partners, and improving the successful execution of initiatives. The Analyst will partner across teams to enhance resource management processes while identifying improvement areas and create and implement recommendations. This role will train and educate stakeholders on resource management procedures and ensure team members execute in compliance with standards.
