Looking for an Individual that has a passion for LANDSCAPE & GARDENS
Duties: AutoCAD Drafting, Design Concepts, Estimating, Plant material sourcing, Asbuilts, Planting Plan, Irrigation Plan, Construction Documents, Permit acquisition and payments through LADBS & Public Works. Full time 40+ hours a week. MUST have completed LANDSCAPE PROGRAM. DOES NOT HAVE TO BE LISCENSED . Smaller firm, expect to answer office answering phones, filing, Social Media etc... Good knowledge of Southern California Plant Materials, AutoCAD,Custom high End residential landscapes are our primary focus along with some multi family housing projects.
