Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 + years of Interior Design industry experience with hospitality interiors and other project types and have an excellent knowledge of detailing and Interior construction practices.
  • Must have Architectural Interior Design/Architectural training (sketching, drafting, construction detailing and space planning) and up to date on current programs, such as InDesign, Bluebeam, etc. Must be skilled in current AutoCAD and current Revit 2025.
  • The ideal candidate takes initiative, is self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented and clear spoken with good written communication skills.
  • Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
  • Capable of managing a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Being a registered Architect is a plus.

Bim-Revit Project Manager - extra qualifications:

  • The BIM-Revit Architectural Project Manager participates in all project teams providing technical BIM-Revit support, modeling, families, training and trouble shooting. With direction from our BIM super-user's team, the BIM-Revit coordinator will help implement and oversee a strong and supportive Revit environment. 5 Years Min running BIM Interiors.
  • ◦ BIM for its staff, management, consultants, and clients.
  • ◦ Participates in developing new BIM workflows and standards and implementing improvement strategies.
  • ◦ Lead BIM project start-up, implementation plan, and directory set-up.
  • ◦ Provide model maintenance and model review.
  • ◦ Provide Revit quality control (QC) of projects at milestones.
  • ◦ Support questions from field staff and deliver BIM training.
  • ◦ Lead Revit interface with consultants.
  • ◦ Maintain, implement, and coordinate Revit templates, family libraries, detail libraries, and resources.
  • ◦ Participate in Revit User Group. • 5 years coordinating BIM in the fields of Architecture or Engineering.
  • • Experience working in a team environment that nurtures and fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • • Must be a self-starter with the drive and desire to pursue continued education on BIM and the technology that powers it.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Strong organizational skills.
