Who are we looking for?

Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA seeks a part-time (~25 hours/week) in-store shopper to shop on-line orders for daily pick-ups. The pay for this position is $18/hour and would work a combination of a weekend and weekday days.

Requirements:

• Receive and review printed online orders - particularly for those that may need phone calls to customers or replacement items for those not in stock.

• Navigate the store quickly and efficiently, shopping to fulfill customer orders accurately with quality items

• Must be able to fulfill 4-6 orders/hour of varying sizes (10-200 items) to keep up with fulfillment and drivers

• Work with Floor Manager and team members to ensure awareness for stocking and replenishing shelves with appropriate products as needed

• Processing orders through the cashiers, tagging all grocery bags belonging to same customer - accuracy is very important; routing orders to be staged in cold storage until pick up by delivery drivers

• Interact with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy of all customer bags in orders going out

• Other related tasks as assigned by department Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous shopper experience a plus

Physical requirements:

• Standing/bending/reaching for periods of time

• Up/down stairs

• In/out of coolers to access fulfilled orders

• Must be able to frequently lift/move approx. 20-25+lb grocery bags or other items included in the customer's order (could be a bag of potting soil or even plants!)
