The Opportunity Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. Candidates may reside in Memphis, Denver, Atlanta, or Detroit. In this essential role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our services, directly supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and upholding our commitment to excellence. The Immigration Paralegal provides quality and specialized document preparation and has extensive client contact and works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented Immigration Department. This is a cohesive team which is well-managed and well-organized with secretarial and clerical support. Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and congeniality. Requirements Must have 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment. Strong experience and expert knowledge in preparing a variety of complex immigration processes such as NIV, IV and PERM applications. Strong experience in preparing complex RFE responses and PERM audit responses. Preferred experience with O-1 and EB1 filings. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system. Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary. Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.
