Job Description Job Description: A well-established immigration law firm in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in Family-Based and Humanitarian immigration matters. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start date - ideally within the week. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong experience drafting declarations, and a deep understanding of humanitarian and family-based cases. While the current focus is on family and humanitarian immigration, the ideal candidate should be open to learning business immigration. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in family-based and humanitarian immigration Strong writing skills and experience preparing declarations Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual required) Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-office team environment Preferred Qualities: Open to training in business immigration Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful Positive attitude despite firm staffing challenges Compensation: $25-$35/hour (DOE) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
