Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HR documentation, employee coordination, and HR software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copies).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters and exit formalities.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and performance reports.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
• Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
