Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Superintendent position include:

• 5–7+ years of superintendent experience with solid tenure or reasonable justification for shorter roles
• Experience in healthcare environments (e.g., surgery centers, hospitals, procedure rooms) and multi-tenant projects
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel for on-site construction documentation and coordination
• Ground-up and tenant improvement experience preferred; corporate interiors a plus
• Must be able to manage 8–10 trades per project, typically $10M and 15,000–18,000 sq. ft. in scope
• Will spend 100% of time on-site; some night and after-hours work required
• Willingness to travel to future site desired but not required for this project.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
