Location: Various Anytime Fitness clubs in the Minneapolis, MN region Job Type: Full-Time As a Gym Manager, you will be the driving force behind our gym's success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and spearhead membership growth. Your leadership will foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both staff and members. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of trainers and co-managers
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost membership and personal training sales and retention.
  • Ensure the gym is immaculate, safe, and welcoming at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Manage the gym's budget, optimizing expenses and maximizing revenue.
  • Plan and execute exciting events, promotions, and fitness programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and financial transactions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Manager or relevant role (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire members.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
