As a Security Professional Unarmed CRE Patrol in Tukwila, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a prominent commercial real estate location, where you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with tenants, guests, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. Utilizing access control systems, alarm panels, and digital devices, you will support the client's security-related protocols and procedures. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents according to company and client protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while maintaining a visible presence.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
