We are seeking a polished, organized, and detail-driven Events Assistant to support planning and execution of corporate and client-facing events. You will play a key role in ensuring each event runs seamlessly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate and promotional events.

  • Manage event calendars, scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site needs.

  • Support event set-up, materials preparation, guest coordination, and client requests.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and reports throughout the planning process.

  • Ensure high standards of organization, professionalism, and quality at all times.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth event execution.
