Events Assistant
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individuals to join our Events Team. As a team member, you will play a vital role in organizing, supporting, and executing fundraising events to help us achieve our mission. Your efforts will directly contribute to making a positive impact in our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. - Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising events, ensuring smooth operations
  2. - Engage with event attendees to promote our organization and its initiatives
  3. - Support donor engagement activities during events, including sign-ups and donations
  4. - Help set up, manage, and tidy event spaces before, during, and after the event
  5. - Promote awareness of upcoming events through community outreach
  6. - Collect and record donations and participant information accurately
  7. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new fundraising ideas and strategies
  8. - Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally at all times
  9. - Assist with post-event follow-up communication to maximize donor retention


**Qualifications:**

  1. - Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality
  2. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  4. - Organized with attention to detail
  5. - Prior experience in event planning or fundraising is a plus but not required
  6. - Passionate about community service and charitable work
