Coordinate logistics, vendors, schedules, and event materials. Support event setup, on‑site operations, and breakdown. Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and checklists. Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams. Ensure all event standards and brand guidelines are met. Provide administrative support for contracts, budgets, and reports. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
