Description As a trusted expert in waxing and related services, you will provide exclusive top‑notch waxing treatments while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that ensures every guest leaves feeling confident and empowered. About The Role You will be the go‑to specialist for delivering flawless wax treatments, maintaining cleanliness, educating guests, and promoting sales. Key Responsibilities Educate guests on the exclusive 4 Step to Gorgeous Process™ and the benefits of our services. Showcase our product portfolio, Strut 365™, through engaging demonstrations. Promote the value and savings of our Wax Passes while emphasizing waxing consistency. Keep guests informed about current in‑center promotions and drive sales through referrals and pre‑bookings. Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and actively participate in community events and outreach to boost brand awareness. Perform precise waxing services, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Personalize guest experiences by using EWC terminology and tailoring interactions to individual preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the wax suite and throughout the center. Prioritize guest safety by staying informed about necessary procedures and contraindications. Requirements Job Experience/Skill Set: State Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. High school diploma or equivalent required. A positive, outgoing, and personable disposition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Consistency in attendance and dedication to reliability. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, upbeat environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods. Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment Predominantly indoor working conditions. Work with hot or hazardous equipment such as wax pots. Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment. Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate. Fast‑paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.
