As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of event planning and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for marketing, event coordination, and leadership. You will gain hands-on experience in event management, client relations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing campaigns

• Support the senior management team in managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns

• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly

• Help manage and motivate a team of event staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies for events

• Assist in tracking event performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

• Ensure all post-event tasks, such as follow-up communications and reporting, are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• 0-2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software (preferred)

• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
