Job Title: Administrative Support Clerk $16/hr.

Job Description

Join a dynamic and growing team that processes title work for the state of Indiana and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). Our team is expanding rapidly due to increased demand for our software, serving a wide range of customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks including filing and sorting title documents in the correct order.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents.
• Verify information including VIN numbers, and make/model of vehicles.
• Conduct email follow-ups with dealerships and auction yards.
• Sort paperwork to ensure all necessary information is present.
• Follow up to obtain any missing documents or information needed to process titles.
• Provide administrative support and customer service to walk-in customers.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliability demonstrated by having no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years.
• Experience in Retail, Food Service, Gas Station, or other non-office environments.

Work Environment

The role is in an office setting, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. The team has grown significantly since 2020, with minimal turnover, indicating a stable and supportive work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southport, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
