What we're looking for in a Frame Carpenter:

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified and motivated Building Inspector to perform plan reviews and field inspections to ensure construction projects meet all applicable building codes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building practices and excellent communication skills to work with contractors, homeowners, and the public. This position will be trained under the Frame Carpenter.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Immediate need/start for Electrical Helper

· Temp to Permanent position

· $20-$24 + OVERTIME

· Benefits available

· Must have 3+ years' experience as an electrical helper

· Pull Wire

· Bend conduit

· Read blueprints/schematics

· Must be safety conscious

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in both indoor office and outdoor field environments. May be exposed to adverse weather conditions, construction noise, and physical hazards.

• Proven experience as a Frame Carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
