Job Description

• Analyze business requirements related to EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 997) and translate them into functional EDI solutions.
• Support and maintain EDI integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and external trading partners.
• Configure and manage EDI workflows, mapping specifications, and partner onboarding activities.
• Monitor EDI transactions, identify errors, and perform root cause analysis to ensure successful data transmission.
• Work with JD Edwards modules such as Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable/Payable.
• Ensure EDI data is accurately processed within JD Edwards tables and business functions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of EDI changes related to JD Edwards upgrades, patches, or enhancements.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for EDI trading partners, vendors, and customers.
• Manage partner setup, testing, certification, and ongoing support.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for EDI processes, including transaction monitoring and exception handling.
• Troubleshoot EDI errors related to data mapping, document structure, or JD Edwards processing.
• Ensure SLAs and business timelines are met for critical transactions.

• 10+ years of experience in EDI functional analysis and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and its integration with EDI.
• Solid understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT).
• Experience supporting common EDI transactions (850, 856, 810, etc.).
• Familiarity with EDI translators and platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling, Gentran, SPS Commerce).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
