Job Description
Be2Clean LLC is a professional cleaning company in Southwest Florida, recognized for delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. We believe in creating spotless, healthy, and organized spaces that improve lives.
What You’ll Do:
Safely drive the company vehicle to assigned service locations.
Load, transport, and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
Perform professional cleaning, including:
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and furniture.
Removing trash and reporting any issues or damages.
Keep the company vehicle and equipment clean and in good condition
What We Offer:
Starting at $16/hour (biweekly pay).
Paid for total time from departure to return to the company location.
Monthly performance and customer review bonuses.
Customer tips in addition to hourly pay.
Paid day off on your birthday.
Vacations paid
Opportunities for promotion to Team Leader or Coordinator based on performance.
What We Require:
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 6 months of professional cleaning experience.
Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Availability to work at company-assigned locations.
English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Background check required.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, daytime shifts based on assigned routes.
