Director of Logistics & Service Delivery

Revivn is a fastgrowing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through an endoflife software platform, repurposing remaininglife hardware for people without dedicated computer access. We partner with companies such as Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds to shift the focus from traditional recycling to active repurposing.

Location: Onsite at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with remote Wednesdays.

Role

This critical leadership position will overhaul and optimize Revivns U.S. logistics operations while serving as the primary point of contact for service delivery matters. The ideal candidate brings deep ITAD logistics experience, a customercentric mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence and strong partner relationships.

What youll be doing

• Transform and optimize U.S. logistics operations: assess existing processes, vendors, and costs; design and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Vendor management and selection: evaluate current partners, replace or add providers where needed; foster partnerships with industryfocused and agile logistics companies.
• Implement service excellence standards: establish and enforce SLAs, conduct regular vendor audits, site visits, and performance reviews.
• Streamline communication and workflows: move beyond transactional logistics management to build a collaborative, accountable network.
• Cost reduction and process efficiency: identify and execute strategies to improve costeffectiveness and service reliability.
• Team leadership: assess and develop the existing logistics team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Customer experience oversight: serve as the escalation point for any service delivery or logisticsrelated issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

What you need to have

• Proven experience managing logistics operations within ITAD, reverse logistics, or technology asset recovery industries.
• Demonstrated success in vendor selection, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Strong service delivery and customerfacing experience with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
• Skilled in defining and implementing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor management frameworks.
• Handson, datadriven, and proactive with the ability to rebuild from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, both internally and externally.

At Revivn, we prioritize transparency about salary throughout the entire recruitment process. The compensation for this role is $110,000-150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits.
