Details Work Location : Mount Laurel, New Jersey, États-Unis d\'Amérique Hours : 40 Line Of Business : Valeurs Mobilières TD Pay Detail : $250,000 - $250,000 USD Job Description The Director - Global Transaction Banking, TD Securities is responsible for the development of the Banks USA Trade Finance business within the Global Transaction Services business and maximization of the profitability of the Trade Finance Sales business, while maintaining and enhancing the Banks profile and market share. Depth & Scope Overall risk and management responsibility for the Trade Finance Sales team Provides guidance to members of the Trade Finance Sales team as appropriate Liaise closely with the Bank's other operations in Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific and the U.S. to assist in meeting the Bank's objectives, where applicable Observes strict adherence to the firm's procedures Understands and complies with TD Policies, regulatory and compliance requirements Ensures that transactions are fully documented and processed accurately and in a timely manner Expert knowledge of market data, economic information and key industry developments as well as regulatory standards at all times to assist in maximizing profitability through sound business decisions Position develops and maintains contacts with market participants Manages and supervises members of the Trade Finance Sales team Responsible for planning and authorizing the expenses and budgets for the team Responsible for managing the performance of the team by conducting objective performance appraisals on direct reports Full understanding and adherence to the Bank's AML policies and procedures Ensures that all transactions are done within approved limits Demonstrates governance, control and risk management behaviors in alignment with TD policies and practices Education & Experience Bachelor degree in Business/Accounting/Financial Management 7+ years related experience Must be detail oriented and possess problem-solving skills Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and establish priorities Proficient in interpersonal communication (both oral and written), and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management Who We Are TD Securities offers a wide range of capital markets products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients who choose us for our innovation, execution, and experience.
