The Director of Global Process Automation will lead and drive our technology initiatives, strategic direction, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance our software portfolio and processes, reducing redundant technologies, and streamlining workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management, a proven track record of driving efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. A background from one of the Big 4 audit firms, Big 3 management consulting firms, or PE-backed tech companies is highly preferred. This role is hybrid to our Los Angeles or San Jose Offices. Travel is up to 25% What You'll Do Focus on reducing redundant technologies, making teams more efficient, and streamlining processes and workflows. Implement AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Lead the strategic planning and implementation of our technology initiatives, ensuring they align with our company objectives and goals. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance our software portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives and projects. Oversee the management and optimization of IT resources and processes. Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology advancements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across FloQast to ensure our technology initiatives meet their needs and requirements. Manage the implementation of new technology features, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and efficiency of our technology initiatives. Reduce spend on dues and subscriptions by optimizing and consolidating resources. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, customer success, and G&A teams to understand workflows and identify areas ripe for automation. Partner with business leaders to evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for automation across the organization. Design and deploy custom automation tools, scripts, and workflows for critical projects, such as streamlining Sales operations by automating BDR outbound and inbound activities, enhancing Customer Success operations with predictive insights for churn risk and adoption indicators, and optimizing G&A processes such as automating contract reviews to accelerate Sales cycles. Implement tools to improve the availability and quality of data for decision-making and improve data usage and analytics to support proactive business decisions. Empower teams by implementing tools and systems that reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity. Ensure teams are thoroughly trained and enabled to make process changes and enhancements. Adoption and execution from your stakeholders are key to the success of the team initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to ensure our automation solutions remain cutting-edge. Continuously evaluate and enhance deployed solutions for greater efficiency and scalability. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of automation systems and workflows to ensure scalability and reduce single points of failure. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, focusing on operational efficiency and emerging technologies, focused on process innovation and improvement. Prior experience working either as a consultant or full-time employee in the B2B SaaS Business Proven track record of leading and implementing technology initiatives that drive business value. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to implement integrated operating-model changes to capture value from core capabilities rather than isolated initiatives. Ability to think strategically and drive innovation within the IT function. Experience with strict cost controls, effective sourcing approaches, and IT demand-management practices to improve team efficiency and inform cross-functional leaders about IT service costs. Experience with pre-IPO organizations working to undergo SOX readiness and IT General Control management is highly preferred. This job posting is for our Director, Global Process Automation, the base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
