Key Responsibilities Content Marketing Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across platforms. Manage and shoot content for local Denver real estate clients. Social Media Marketing Plan, design, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and engagement. Email Marketing Design and execute email campaigns and newsletters that align with client branding and objectives. Website Management Weekly addition of new listings and marking sold properties to showcase recent activity. Monthly updates to ensure the website remains current, engaging, and reflective of our clients expertise. Account Management Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance. Coordinate with team members via Asana to meet project deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a remote-first environment. Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to solving challenges. Strong experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Proficiency in Canva. Experience in WIX. Expert in content editing tools, i.e., in-shot.
