Develop & Implement Digital Strategies – Shape Mosaic’s online presence through SEO, website management, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Manage Social Media & Digital Ads – Craft compelling content, execute ad campaigns, and engage with audiences across platforms.
Optimize Websites for Performance – Maintain and enhance web pages while ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Execute & Analyze Marketing Campaigns – Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to track performance and guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate & Train – Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide social media training, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or corporate communications
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing, and website administration
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic web coding (HTML, CSS, WordPress
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
