Job Title: Digital Asset Manager

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite – 4 days/week)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Employment Type: W-2 Contractor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Asset Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role will support marketing, creative, and commercial teams by ensuring all digital assets are uploaded, tagged, categorized, and maintained for easy access and proper governance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and has hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital assets within Adobe AEM Assets, ensuring accurate tagging, categorization, and upload.
• Partner with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure asset readiness, approvals, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Lead the migration of assets from a legacy DAM, ensuring metadata integrity and seamless transition.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance and accuracy across the DAM structure.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to internal teams and agency partners on DAM use.
• Maintain an organized, scalable system aligned with global asset management best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of digital asset management experience, including 2+ years working directly with Adobe AEM Assets .
• Strong grasp of metadata schemas, taxonomy standards, and file format best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-moving, complex environment.
• A proactive, systems-thinking mindset with a passion for digital organization.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or financial services.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite in Irvine, CA
• Standard Monday–Friday business hours
