Job Description

The Deputy CISO is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the vision, strategy, and program to protect enterprise information assets and technologies. Reporting directly to the VP-IT/CIO, this role oversees security strategy, risk reduction, incident response, and policy development, while ensuring IT systems and staff operate effectively in support of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise security strategy, cloud security, and multi-year IT roadmaps.
• Direct IT operations, teams, and vendor relationships to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Drive incident response, compliance, and policy development across the organization.
• Manage budgets, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

• Senior IT leadership experience with proven success in strategy execution and security management.
• Strong financial oversight, vendor negotiation, and project management skills.
• Expertise in IT operations, systems architecture, and data security protocols.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Executive presence with advanced decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation: $205,000 to $225,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
