About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic financial leader, responsible for supporting the CFO in overseeing all fiscal and compliance functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring sound fiscal management, transparency, and sustainability, and in aligning resources with the organization's mission and long-term strategic goals. The Deputy CFO will act as a critical partner to the CFO, with a focus on operational leadership, team management, and the execution of financial vision and strategy. As the Deputy CFO, you will have direct operational responsibilities that may include treasury and reporting functions, revenue cycle management, and oversight of financial positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and regulatory compliance, with a deep knowledge of governmental accounting and a strong understanding of the behavioral health landscape. The role requires the ability to manage risk and communicate complex financial information effectively to a range of stakeholders. The Deputy CFO will also be involved in board meetings, investor relations, and strategic negotiations, and must be prepared to serve as the CFO for the organization's Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike operations in the future.
