What You’ll Do:

• Act as a subject matter expert in business requirements, process analysis, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize compensation data workflows.
• Perform basic SQL queries and analysis to develop data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.
• Support user acceptance testing and partner with technical teams to validate data architecture.
• Enrich, map, and transition compensation data from legacy systems into new platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Contribute to process redesign, reporting revamps, and build user interfaces for operational workflows.

What You Bring:

• 2-3+ years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or business management.
• Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying process weaknesses.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and oral—and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with compensation systems, data integration, and business intelligence.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Experience with regulatory controls and audit standards like SOX or SSAE16.
• Prior experience with Varicent or similar sales performance platforms.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Degree in Business, Process Management, or Operations.
• 3 to 5 years in data analysis, financial operations, or related projects.
• Ability to step into the role quickly with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (Tempe, AZ).
