Overview The successful candidate will provide full-time direct support to the Program Protection and Systems Engineering Leads for Advanced Radars programs in support of PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors and Lasers. You will serve as an RMF and Cyber SME within the Program Protection Working Group and provide direct support working as the Lead Cybersecurity Analyst representing and augmenting the government supporting Authorizations and Assessment and Cyber Security efforts. You will be responsible for directly managing new and existing Navy Advanced Radar information system ATO packages. You will be expected to oversee and maintain the Cyber security posture and Authority to Operate compliance measures for all RMF packages. Responsibilities Serve as the Lead Cybersecurity Analyst and Cyber Security SME to ensure high-quality products and services. Lead efforts to bring Advanced Radars platform information technology systems through the full RMF lifecycle to achieve/renew Authority to Operate (ATO). Manage Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities according to standards such as CNSSI-1253, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53 for all systems. Support post-Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase ATO development, cyber policy implementation, artifact development, and requirements updates. Develop test plans and procedures for verification and validation of systems. Assess ACAS scans & STIGs and communicate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Mandatory: Possess DOD SECRET security clearance. Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of Navy experience in information assurance, engineering, or operational support, including experience with eMASS and DISA STIGs. Hands-on experience validating control implementations and test procedures. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Energetic, dependable, flexible, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic. Proactive problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in an acquisition program office environment, familiar with documentation, protocols, and deadlines. Additional Information This role offers a hybrid work environment with the ability to work from SPA’s 20 M St. office in the Washington Navy Yard area and travel up to 5% of the time, with potential increases as programs evolve. #J-18808-Ljbffr Astrion
