Job Details

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Active license to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust, tax, and probate law.
4. Proficient in drafting and revising estate planning documents.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of state and federal tax laws.
7. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
8. Proficient in legal research and writing.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
