Part-Time Contractor Orientation Facilitator (Spanish)

Are you passionate about facilitating engaging orientations and fluent in both Spanish and English? We have a fantastic opportunity for you! This part-time position, lasting one year, is based in Apple Grove, WV. 


Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 11am
Pay rate: $20.00 - $25.00/depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Energize and inspire new contractors with dynamic Spanish-language orientation sessions.
• Create and manage site access badges and passes for teammates, contractors, and visitors.
• Provide vital administrative and organizational support to our Safety Department.
• Maintain and organize Orientation Training Files with precision and flair.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skilled in creating, organizing, and managing documents and files.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Background check required.
• Hair follicle drug screen required.
